The Segment III renourishment project is scheduled to recommence on November 1, 2023.
The initial sand placement will commence in Hallandale Beach and proceed northwards through Hollywood Beach.
During the construction phase, the contractor will make use of South City Beach Park in Hallandale Beach and the beach access at Meade Street in Hollywood Beach as primary entry points.
In this concluding stage of the project, approximately 350,000 cubic yards of sand will be deposited along the shoreline. The anticipated project completion date is set for April 2024.
